PURPOSE:To measure electronic parts easily and surely, by providng transmission holes for measurement in a tape where electronic parts are stuck and packed. CONSTITUTION:Transmission holes 1011, 1012- for measurement are provided in positions, which correspond to external conductors 41, 42- of electronic parts 5, of a tape 2 where parts 5 are stuck to an adhesive layer 3 and are packed. Conductors 41, 42- are held between measuring terminals 1021, 1022,-, which rise through these holes 1011, 1022- to support lower faces of conductors 41, 42-, and measuring terminals 81, 82- connected to a lead wire 7 of an external measuring equipment, thus measuring electronic parts easily and surely. |
