PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect an engine load by using a detection value characteristic in an intermediate lever opening which is a lever opening of a control lever serving as a preset injection amount of a fuel infection pump as a characteristic thereof, and detecting the engine load based on this pump characteristic. SOLUTION: In a controller 17, a characteristic of output voltage V of a lever opening sensor 15 in an intermediate lever opening measured by a characteristic value measuring part 21 is used as a characteristic of a fuel injection pump 10, and based on this pump characteristic, a throttle opening TVO is calculated in a throttle opening arithmetic part 19. A speed change control signal is output to each shift solenoid of an automatic transmission, a hydraulic clutch is controlled to be switched, and based on the calculated throttle opening, the automatic transmission 2 is shift controlled by a shift control part 18. The characteristic of the fuel injection pump is thus obtained from a detection value in the intermediate lever opening of large dispersion, so as to accurately detect a load of an engine in a wide speed region. |
