PURPOSE:To obtain a flat sensitivity over the whole visible range and the wavelength range of a semiconductor laser by using a laminate type receptor contg. combinedly a specified charge generating substance and a specified charge transferring substance. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive support 1 such as a metallic plate, a metallic drum, a plastic film having a thin metallic layer, or paper or a plastic film coated or impregnated with an electrically conductive substance is coated with a dispersion contg. a trisazo pigment represented by formulaIand a binder resin to form a charge generating layer 21 having 0.01-5mum thickness. The layer 21 is coated with a soln. prepared by dissolving a fluorene compound represented by formula II (where R1 is H, halogen, 1-4C alkoxy or the like) and a binder resin in a solvent such as THF to form a charge transferring layer 22 having 2-100mum thickness. Polyester, polybutyral, ethyl-cellulose or the like is used as the binder resin of the charge generating layer, and polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyurethane or the like is used as the binder resin of the charge transferring layer. |
