PURPOSE:To improve the strength of a hollow object and reduce manufacturing costs, by continuing and automating processes in which a supplied core is wound with lines and a synthetic resin is fed and cured, then it is finished. CONSTITUTION:A core feeder 100 connects a mandrel 11a successively by a connector 12 and feeds it to a line winder 200. The line winder 200 is compoaed of a winding disk 21 and a winding drum 22 which wind a woof material 20a of the mandrel 11a, a warp material feeder 28 which arranges wrap materials 20b around the mandrel 11a in the longitudinal direction and a buncher 25. Synthetic resin feeders 300 are installed at an entrance side and an exit side of the line winder 200. A curing apparatus 400 is composed of a heating oven 41. A finishing apparatus 500 is constituted from a cutter 51 and a separator 52, the separator 52 has the same mechanism as the connector 12 and it separates connected mandrels 11a and also takes off the mandrel 11a from a molded hollow object. |
