A lid structure of a high-voltage condenser for a microwave range which enhances the assembly and the sealing. The structure comprises lead terminals(13, 13') which is connected to an electrode of the condenser body and in which an outer terminal is integrally formed; a resistance(11) which is connected to the lead terminals(13, 13') at lower portions of the lead terminals(13, 13'); a lead top which is separated from the resistance(11) and the lead terminals(13, 13') and in which the outer peripheral surface is fixed to a condenser body case; a mold bushing(10) which is molded so that it is comprised of a bushing of the terminal portion of the lead terminals(13, 13')
