PURPOSE:To enable to continuously form a rectangular spiral coil by providing a bending unit on a truck moving along a rockable beam, and disposing a turntable which places the coil under the bending unit, thereby bending a wire. CONSTITUTION:A rockable beam 8 rockably moving around a point P as a center by a drive unit 18 is provided. A bending truck 9 moving along the longitudinal direction of the beam 8 is mounted in the beam 8, and a circular bobbin 10 and a bending unit 11 are provided at the truck. A turntable 16 which places completed coil 15 is disposed under the beam 8 and the truck 9. When the coil 15 is formed, a wire 4 fed along the beam 8 is bent by the unit 11, the truck 9 is moved outwardly while rocking the beam 8, the turntable 16 is further rotated and the wire is sequentially bent. |
