PURPOSE:To manufacture a one-turn cut type rolled core with preferable productivity by connecting a steel plate cut in the prescribed length with an adhesive tape to form a strip material, winding the material, forming the material and then annealing to melt and remove the tape. CONSTITUTION:Silicon steel plates 1 cut in advance in the prescribed length are butted at the end faces, are connected with an adhesive tape 2, thereby forming a series of steel strip plates. These plates are wound around a circular bobbin 6 to form a circular core 7. Then, the core 7 is removed from the bobbin 6, is thereafter pressed to form a rectangular core. Eventually, the core is annealed to melt and remove the adhesive tape 2 from the core, and a rolled core of one- turn cut type core isolated from the plate 1 at every one turn. |
