Drilling tool with a tool housing which is accommodated at least over sections of its axial length inside a tool handle and guides a drilling spindle which carries at its free end a tool holder for interchangeably holding tool blades. An axially magnetised permanent magnet (6) is inserted centrally into the tool holder (5) made of a non-magnetisable material. The permanent magnet (6) ends at the top end (7) of a hexagon socket (8) of the tool holder (5). A hand-guide sleeve (10) provided with knurling (9) is provided in concentric arrangement around the tool holder (5). The hand-guide sleeve (10) bears firmly against a stop (12) on the tool holder (5) and is held at the end (13) by means of a spring washer (15) inserted into a groove (14) of the tool holder (5). <IMAGE>
