PURPOSE:To manufacture multilayered tubes cheaply and continuously by manufacturing an inner tube from a hoop steel by a forming roll, and manufacturing an outer tube by winding a hoop steel on the inner tube. CONSTITUTION:An inner tube hoop steel 2 uncoiled from the first uncoiler 1 is formed to tubular form by the first forming roll group 3 and joint is welded by a welding device 4. Then, external bead is cut by a single point tool 6, cooled by a cooler 7 and dried by a drier to manufacture an inner tube 8. Intermediate layer material 10 uncoiled from an intermediate layer material uncoiler 9 is wound on the inner tube by a winder 11. When the intermediate layer is formed around the inner tube, an outer tube hoop steel 14 is sent to an outer tube forming roll group 15 together with the inner tube 12 having an intermediate layer, and the outer tube hoop steel 14 is so bent that the axis of outer tube coincides with hat of inner tube. The joint of the outer tube is welded by a welding device 16. and external bead is cut by a single point tool 6. Then, it is cooled by a cooler 7 and the form of the outer tube is finished to specified dimension. |
