PURPOSE:To mold removable flask molds easily and continuously with a device of a small scale by sucking a hardening gas through the hollow chamber in the bottom part of a model board, penetrating through mulled sand to harden, conveying the mold together with a molding flask after rapping and ejecting the mold onto a mold cradle. CONSTITUTION:Mulled sand S is packed in the space delineated by a model board 3 and a molding flask 10 and a cover member 13 is lowered to be put on the flask 10. While a hardening gas is introduced through a supply port 19, it is sucked with evacuation through vent holes 6 via small holes 5 and a hollow chamber 2, whereby the sand S is hardened. The flask 10 is forced upward via a vertically moving frame 8 and a lifting rod 7 by the operation of a cylinder 9, whereby the mold is rapped. The sand S is prevented from removing from the inside of the flask 10 by a piston rod 12a. The member 13 is hoisted tohether with the flask 10 and the sand S by the operation of a cylinder 14, and is conveyed by a traveling car 20 onto a mold cradle 21, where the sand S is dropped onto a cushion member 28 via a mold ejecting plate 18 by the operation of a cylinder 17, whereby the desired mold is obtained. |
