PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing a belt without loss of strength by heat fusing obverse and reverse cover layers each other through meshes of a network-like film. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin film or sheet 1 is stretched and a lot of meshes 3 are formed thereon. The film or sheet 1 is interposed between thermoplastic elastomer cover layers 4 containing a lot of reinforcing fibers 5 and the laminated layer is heated at a suitable temperature to soften or melt the thermoplastic elastomer cover layers 4, and the upper and lower thermoplastic elastomer layers are fused to stick to each other through the meshes 3 of the film or the sheet 1. |
