<p>Cosmetic compsn. (ointment, paste, cream, etc.) contains one or more hydrophilic and/or lipophilic active agents (I); a fatty or oily phase; an aq. phase; emulsifiers; and one or more preservatives and perfumes. The compsn. has (I), fatty or oily phase and the aq. phase as a very finely dispersed mixt. of: (a) an oil/H20 emulsion contg. an oil/H20 emulsifier (II) and one or more preservatives; and (b) an H20/oil emulsion contg. an H20/oil emulsifier (III). The single compsn. allows different areas of skin to be cared for simultaneously according to their specific fat, nutrient, or H20 requirements. In addn., the final emulsionis stable e.g. to dilution with a liq. phase.</p> |
