PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts and that of assembling stages, and to obtain high assembling precision by using a core of one-body structure and a hold case. CONSTITUTION:A core 1 of one-body and annular shape as shown in the figure is inserted into a guide groove 2'' in a hold case 2 and fixed at a prescribed position. This hold case 2 containing the inserted core 1 is inserted into a cuplike shielding case 8, and both the cases 2 and 8 are bonded fixedly into an assembly by injecting epoxy resin, etc., into the tip parts of the cases. This assembly is cut at the center position into a left and a right symmetric parts. A gap plate 6 is interposed between the tip parts 1' and 1' of the cores 1 of the cut assemblies, coils 4 are fitted around the rear parts 1'' of the cores 1, and both the assemblies are connected mutually with screws 5. Then, resin is charged into the internal space of the hold case 2 and the space between the hold case 2 and shielding case 8 and the gap surface is polished from the outside of the shielding case 8, thus completing a head. |
