PURPOSE:To shorten an access time by reducing mutual oscillation transfer among respective structure parts by a pivot shaft as a center of rotation. CONSTITUTION:A carriage body to be rotated is coupled with a pivot shaft 5. The pivot shaft 5 consists of a shaft body 5a cut and raised spirally and the 1st pipe body 5b divided into plural parts in the axial direction and having projections pressed in contact with the body 5a as shown by an arrow, and screw parts 5d having threaded collars 5e are provided where both ends of the shaft body 5a are connected to bearings 6. Even if oscillation occurs and the pivot shaft 5 is displaced slightly, relative sliding occurs on the contact surface between the 1st pipe body 5b and shaft body 2a, thus displaying attenuation effect. For this purpose, the 2nd pipe body 5c having projecting parts at the external circumference is fitted and relative sliding is caused even on the contact surfaces between the 1st and 2nd pipe bodies 5b and 5c, further displaying the attenuation effect. |
