PURPOSE:To improve heat collection and heat accumulation efficiency, by enclosing a liquid or a granular solid in the base part and the tip part of a wind turbine flowably and expediting a convection between a hot water reservoir and a heat collection plate as well by a water turbine which is interlocked with the wind turbine. CONSTITUTION:A liquid or a granular solid 1 is enclosed into a base part 2 of a wind turbine 4, which is made transferrable to the tip of the turbine 4 through centrifugal force when the turbine 4 is rotated. It is so constituted that the liquid heated with a blade 8 of a water turbine which is interlocked with the wind turbine 4 is dipped out into a hot water reservoir 17 through an over flow pipe 9 and a case 10. Then, a temperature controller 12 having a temperature sensing cylinder 11 is provided and a rotation of the wind turbine 4 is controlled by interlocking a reduction gear with the temperature controller 12. With this, a convection between a hot water reservoir 17 and a heat collection plate (outlined in a sketch) is expedited when necessary, and when an atmospheric temperature is lower than an accumulated temperature, heat radiation can be inhibited by control of the rotation of the wind turbine. |
