Another elastic body is inserted into the end of the screw of the cover (b(2)). Velcro3 (a(8)) and Velcro3 (b(9)) are obliquely alternately arranged in necessary portions of a band (a(4)) and a band (b(6)). A Velcro3 (c(10)) is attached to the back of the band (b(6)). A battery (15) of a watch is held between terminals (20) and incorporated in the watch.
