PURPOSE:To fix the valve and valve components of a compressor for an electric refrigerator with high reliability by providing a valve-components locking projection, locking a valve and its holder to the said projection, crushing the tip of the projection, and joining and fixing a valve seat to the valve components. CONSTITUTION:A slidable journal part 11a is formed in the shape of a boss. Holes 11b for cylinder fastening bolts are made, while a valve seat base 11f for accommodating a valve seat 11c, a clearance groove 11d, and a gas escaping hole 11e is formed. And a valve-components locking projection 11g with proper height and made of a sintered alloy is formed as an integrated part of the base 11. The projection 11g is formed by extruding to any form from the reverse side of the valve seat base 11f, using a half extruding method. Since the valve and the valve seat locking projection are formed in advance on the valve seat base 11f of a bearing, the valve components can be locked to the projection 11g one by one, improving the workability. |
