摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of weld zones by adding a feed forward control system to an automatic feedback control system thereby making respons speed higher and setting the electric power to be supplied in the stage of starting welding. CONSTITUTION:This is a method and device wherein a feed forward system for controlling the welding phenomena of a welding process 14 by measuring the thickness (t) and line speed V of the welding materials prior to welding, operating the electric power required to be supplied in welding by an arithmetic device 15 in accordance with these values, passing the signals through a differentiator 16 and regulating the output electric power of a high frequency welder 1 is added to a feedback control system for controlling the welding phenomena of the process 14 by detecting the welding phenomena generated in the process 14 with a detector 13, comparing the signals with a target value, outputting the control output corresponding to the deviation thereof from a welding phenomenon controller 11 and regulating the electric power of the welder 1.
