PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in reproductivity of bonding by forming projecting bodies partially on a bevel of the hollow part of a substrate, and thus positioning an element and the substrate easily and precisely. CONSTITUTION:On a flank of the hollow part 5 of a substrate 1 for mounting a magnetic bubble element, semicylindrical projecting bodies 8 having a 0.5mm. radius are formed. Those projecting bodies 8 are formed either by using a metallic mold simultaneously with the hollow part 5, or by using the same or different kind of material after the hollow 5 is formed. The hollow part is applied with an adhesive material 9 for mounting, the magnetic bubble element 4 is placed on it, and then the element 4 is mounted in contact with the projecting bodies 8. This substrate structure makes the positioning easy and precise, and further solves problems due to the flowing of said adhesive. |
