FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: mill includes housing, sectional rolling stand carrying upper and lower tool plates and mechanism for their wedging out. Rolling stand is made in the form of upper bearing cross-piece coupled to housing with side cheeks by means of prestressed lockpins passed through cheeks and fitted with screw jacks and cone-shaped tread rings made from elastically deformed material. Mechanism for wedging out is positioned under lower tool plate and has at least one pair of adjustable wedge joints. One of them has wedge matching with friction angle that is less than that of self-braking, and the other one has friction angle bigger than angle of self-braking.
