PURPOSE:To increase an overall operation margin by forming the seed bubble loop transfer path of a seed bubble split type generator in the same pattern as a pattern near the corner part of a minor loop transfer path. CONSTITUTION:A transfer path capable of holding plural seed bubbles is looped and its pattern is the same as a pattern near the corner part of a transfer path forming a minor loop. The hairpin part 34 of a split gate conductor pattern is in the same shape with the hairpin part of a replicate gate conductor pattern. The characteristics of a seed bubble split type generator are equal to those of a replicate gate including the minor loop, so that the bias magnetic field operation regions of the both coincide with each other. |
