CONSTITUTION:For example, input signals X1, X2-Xn all vary from the level of a power voltage Vcc, and only the signal X1 varies to the earth level. Then, a MOSTR 111 turns off to disconnect a signal output terminal O from an earth supply terminal, and then a function circuit 2 causes discharge. At this time, MOSTRs 112-11n still conduct and when the signal X1 drops to the earth level, a MOSTR 131 also conducts, so discharge is caused even through another route of the MOSTRs 111, 112..., and 131..., and Vcc from the signal output terminal 0. As a result, the discharge is speeded to improve the response characteristics of an output signals to the input signals. |
