PURPOSE:To improve quality of water and drain the water, by using the water, for preventing scattering of and collecting raw materials dropping down onto a floor, recirculating said water through a settling tank, flowing the water through a filter tank at a rainfall when the water overflows said settling tank and removing floatage from the water. CONSTITUTION:Not at a rainfall, clear water in the upper of a settling tank 3 is fed to sprinklers 1 by a pump and scattered from the sprinkler 1 to a floor of raw material dropping area to prevent the material from scattering, and the scattered water is collected and returned again to the settling tank 3 then recirculatively utilized. When a quantity of water flowing into the settling tank 3 is increased by a rainfall to at least the capacity of the tank, the water overflows a filter tank 4, where floatage mainly of iron is seized by a filter material 6, and the water is improved with quality then discharged. |
