PURPOSE:To prevent the counter loss of a dial pulse by delaying the timing of inputting a monitoring point signal of a circuit to a dial pulse counting device. CONSTITUTION:A dial pulse from a subscriber 1 is inputted to a dial pulse counting device 4 from a subscriber's circuit 2 through a delaying device 12. The counting loss of the dial pulse can be prevented because a plently time is available from starting of the dial pulse counting device 4 by a common controlling device 5 to arrival of the dial pulse. By this way, it becomes unnecessary to close the network 3 as before when counting the dial pulse, and the amount of processing of the common controlling device can be reduced. |
