PURPOSE:To optionally change speed of a slide fork, by driving the slide fork with a cylindrical cam and suitably changing shape of cam groove. CONSTITUTION:If a cam 10 is rotated to the direction of an arrow head 36, a cam shoe 16 is slided along a cam groove 11 to the direction of an arrow head 37, and the first fork 17 is also moved to the same direction. If the fork 17 is moved, the second fork 26, having a rack 25 meshed to a rack 24 at a fixed side, is also moved to the direction of the arrow head 37. Soon a cam shoe 16a reaches an extremely right end 12' of the cam groove 11, then another cam shoe 16b begins to enter an extremely left end 12 of the cam groove, in this way, after the cam shoe 16a is separated from the cam groove 11, the first and second pallets 17, 26 can be kept moving by the cam shoe 16b. Shape of the cam groove 11, if optionally selected, can change the slide fork to an optional speed. |
