摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of machining by equalizing discharge time to unit contour circumferential length at the desired form side at all times regardless of a rectilinear section and an arcuate section, particularly, an arcuate section, etc., a radius thereof is 10mm. or shorter. CONSTITUTION:A material to be machined 10 is fixed to a machining table, which mainly conducts X-Y axes two-dimensional plane drive, by an NC device or a drawing profiling device. On the other hand, a conductive wire electrode 12 with an approximately 0.03-0.5mm. diameter supplied continuously is moved apparently at predetermined feed speed or the feed speed of a servo device driving through the detection of mean machining voltage and mean machining currents between the material to be machined 10 and the electrode 12 on a locus 20 separated only by single offset quantity 18 obtained by adding the radius of the wire electrode 12 and a discharge clearance 16 from the desired form 14 as products. According to this constitution, the accuracy of machining can be improved.
