PURPOSE:A pack to provide natural taste easily, obtained by adding proper amounts of small pieces of dried shrimp, sea tangle, and dried Cortinellus shiitake (mushroom) to small shaved pieces of dried bonito, packing them with porous paper, etc. CONSTITUTION:Dried bonito is steamed, wetted, cooled for several hours so that it is made to be shaved easily and not to sharpened into powder, and made into small pieces by a dried-bonito plane. 40-60wt% based on total amount of dried small pieces of dried bonito, 10-25wt% chopped dried shrimp, and planed or chopped sea tangle, and dried Cortinellus shiitake in a proper amount to make the total amount 100wt% are packed with porous paper, cloth, nonwoven fabric, etc. so that the prepared stock can be used simply. A chemically synthesized product is not used, natural taste is effective as it is, and it can be used in boiling practically, to give true taste. |
