摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent electromagnetic coupling property and to improve productivity and to perform miniaturization and mass production, by forming coil conductors different in their turn numbers by photolithography on facing surfaces of the rotor part and the stator part so that a distance between these facing conductors is approximately uniformalized. CONSTITUTION:Coil conductors 3 and 13 on a rotor part and a stator part, respectively, are formed in such structure that thin films are formed by the use of a fine processing technique such as photolithography in wiring grooves 4 and 14 which are formed by grinding magnetic cores 2 and 12 made of Ni-Zn ferrite or the like. These thin films are solidly fixed with adhesives 6 and 16. Shapes of these coils are determined by properly changing a mask pattern when the coil conductors 3 and 13 are patterned. Therefore, even if the turn numbers of the coil conductors 3 and 13 on the rotor part 1 and the stator part 11, respectively, are different to each other, a distance between these facing conductors can be uniformalized and also a gap between the rotor part 1 and the stator part 11 can be made very small.
