PURPOSE:To realize a data process in real time and to perform a picture process with a simple designation of the region, by designating the region on an original by a loop having a certain thickness and processing the information read out of an original with loop information which is read optically. CONSTITUTION:An original MAT is printed in colors, and the region on the MAT is designated with a loop of blue, etc. having a certain thickness. The MAT is irradiated by the light of a light source SOL. A beam splitter BS transmits the blue light and reflects the red light. The bright and dark areas of the blue and red light images are detected by the photoelectric converters PHB and PHR, respectively. The electric signals supplied from the PHB and PHR are binary-coded and applied to a color discriminator DMC to deliver the blue, red and black data DBU, DRE and DBK. The data DBU is compressed by an edge detector EDE, and the blue region is detected by a region detector DEA. The data DRE and DBK are processed with the output of the detector DEA. Then a picture is processed in real time. |
