<p>PURPOSE:To permit effective and economical scale prevention, by a method wherein an electronic field processing device and a scale preventing agent pouring device are arranged sequentially while the pouring amount of the scale preventing agent is controlled in accordance with the concentration of hard constituents in liquid to be processed. CONSTITUTION:Geothermal water from a pump 8 enters an electronic field processing device 10 at first. The electronic field processing device 10 provides the geothermal water with weak electric current to disperse ion in the geothermal water. The geothermal water, processed by electronic field process, advances to a heat exchanger 2, however, scale preventing agent is poured from a scale preventing agent pouring device 12, connected to a pouring pipeline for supplying the scale preventing agent by a pump 16, through a tank 14 storing the scale preventing agent when the concentration of hard constituents exceeds the capacity of the electronic field processing device 10. The pouring amount of the scale preventing agent is controlled by controlling a flow rate control valve 18, provided in the pouring pipeline of the scale preventing agent, in accordance with a signal from a sensor, measuring the concentration of the hard constituents in the geothermal water at the downstream side of the electronic field processing device 10, for example.</p> |
