PURPOSE:To improve insulating performance of super hygroresistant insulation, by winding a plastic film tape except one point around a grounding insulation layer within an iron core while winding a plastic film tape. CONSTITUTION:A plastic film tape 6 is wound except one point at least around a grounding insulation layer outside an intermediate duct piece 7. A part l where the tape 6 ins not wound is left at least at one point. In addition, an iron core 4 is built in and resin is injected. The iron core 4 is united and hardened altogether. This makes the resin immersing into the grounding insulation layer inside from the part l where the plastic tape 6 is not wound. The insulative performance can be improved. There is no contact with moisture and no chance to decrease the hygro-resistance, because the injected resin fills between the iron core 4 and the part l where the tape 6 is not wound. |
