PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity for use of a separate pressure control valve and reduce the magnitude of pipings by installing, in an automatic valve type reciprocative air compressor, a combination of a push rod which is to actuate the suction valve of compressor and a pressure control valve which is to operate in accordance with the inner pressure of air tank sensed. CONSTITUTION:Above the suction valve 7 installed adjacent to the intake 1, a piston 9 having a leg 9a is furnished pressed upward by a spring 12, and a valve 8 is installed pressed downward by a spring 17, being guided by the stem 16 in sliding, in such a way as contacting the feed sheet 11 furnished at the piston 9. An exhaust sheet 10 is formed at the lower end of the stem 16. Rise of the inner pressure of tank 3 will depress the valve 8 to first contact the exhaust sheet 10 and then to be in unload condition by opening the feed sheet 11. For returning, the exhaust sheet 10 opens first to release the internal air from the outlet 13 and port b. |
