<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate inputting attendant information, by entering attendant information having a form, which a computer can recognize, on a document and inputing this information together with contents of the document to the computer and separating attendant information and main information from each other to process these information. CONSTITUTION:Besides description as essential information, attendant information such as the index concerning the document is entered with a code, which a computer can recognize, on the document to be processed in a document input device 51. Entry description of the document is converted to a video signal by the document input device 51 and is stored in the buffer area of a main memory 2 through a document input/output controlling circuit 5. In this case, essential information and attendant information are buffered independently of each other. These information are inputted to a main processor 1, and various document processings are performed on a basis of attendant information, and results are displayed on a display 31.</p> |
