<p>PURPOSE:To shorten an additionally aging period and to contrive to make variability of aging degree of vegetables and fruits uniform, by supporting an ethylene generator on a carrier. CONSTITUTION:A carrier to be used may be a well-known adsorbent or carrier and active carbon, zeolite, bentonite, etc., may be cited as the adsorbent on the carrier. Ethephon, methionine derivative, etc., may be cited as an ethylene generator. The ratio of the ethylene generator to the carrier is not particularly limited. The additionally aging agent can be used in any shape such as granule, molded article in a tablet state, powder, etc. The agent is sealed in a baggy packing material having permeability, or packed into paper, plastic film, etc., and used.</p> |
