<p>PURPOSE:To increase the amt. of the generation of gas per unit volume of a fermentation tank by separating org. dirt such as poultry dung to squeezed liquid contg. easy to decompose org. materials and solids then subjecting the squeezed liquid to methane fermentation under high org. load conditions. CONSTITUTION:The urine sewage corresponding to 30% of hog's excretas is charged directly into a hopper 2, and these excrements are flowed into a squeezing mechanism 1, whereby the excretas are squeezed. The squeezed liquid flows down into a storage tank 7, and the separated solids are discharged onto a bed 6. These are utilized as a fertilizer. If the concd. liquid transferred and stored into a fermentation tank 8 is heated by a heating and circulating pipe 11 and is acted with methane bacteria, gaseous methane of 400l per kg of easy to decompose org. materials is generated. The gaseous methane consumed in a boiler 12 through a gas pipe 13 is just about 12% of the total amt. of the gaseous methane generated and the greater part of the gaseous methane is utilized as other heat sources.</p> |
