STRUCTURE OF INSPECTION GAGE MODEL ETC AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE:To prevent the dissolved loss of foam structure and the roughness and swelling of a surface layer which are caused by the heat of curing of the resin by backing up and integratedly forming the surface layer. CONSTITUTION:Structure (a) of an inspection gage model etc consists of a surface layer 21 and a structure layer 22 which supports the surface layer 21. It is also formed in a hollow type. The surface layer 21 consists of a stratified surface layer 23 in which gelcoat resin is cured and a stratified middle layer 24 in which resin paste is cured. The surface of the surface layer 23 coincides with the upper surface of a master model. On the other hand, the structure layer 22 is formed with a properly hollow support frame body so that a resin hard foam block 25 may match the surface layer 21. The upper surface is pre- cut as it almost matches the upper surface of the master model so that it may be formed to back up the surface layer.
