<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a long term timer having a counter of small bit by providing a counter means for counting the frequency division pulses from a frequency division means by predetermined number and providing the timer output. CONSTITUTION:The pulse signal 203 having the frequency proportional to the car speed provided from a car sensor 200 is frequency divided with the frequency division ratio corresponding to the car speed by a frequency divider 201, and converted into the pulse signal 204 having low frequency variation for the wide range of car speed. When the increment counter 202 has counted the pre- set number of the pulse signal 204, the timer will produce the output 205. In such a manner when providing a counter means for counting the frequency division pulse obtained from the frequency division means and producing the timer output to regulate the setting, a desired long term timer output is produced and the long term timer can be constructed with the counter having small bit.</p> |
