A framework having a crawler(14), a conveyer frame, a conveyer stepless belt(6) seated on the conveyer frame and a belt conveyer(A) of receiving part being composed of a moving tripper(10) are placed at the sand-mining place(a). The sands mined are supplied to a hopper & the conveyer stepless belt, and these are transferred into the land-rclamation place by the center belt conveyer(c). A conveyer belt of exhausting part(B) is placed on the land-reclamation place. According to the self operating capability of the tripper & the belt conveyer of exhausting part, the place of exhausting the sands is moved continuously.
