PURPOSE:To prevent the resonance with the vibromotive force of a main engine by supporting heavy cargo such as radar materials on a cap piece section of a radar mast etc. through ball bearings and increasing the natural frequency of the mast. CONSTITUTION:A radar mast 12 is planted on a hull superstructure 11 and a box-shaped radar support section 13 is formed on the top. A number of ball bearings are paved on the bottom of the support bench 13 and radar materials 15 are loaded on it. A buffering rubber 16 is mounted inside the box-shaped support section 13. The heavy radar materials 15 and the box-shaped support bench 13 are insulated from vibration by the ball bearings 14. The natural frequency of the radar mast 12 is increased and the resonance with the vibromotive force of a main engine can be prevented. |
