PURPOSE:To enable to make a compressor small in physical size by a method wherein hydraulic pressure is used for opening and closing a passage communicating a cylinder chamber and a suction chamber, and a solenoid valve is used for controlling the hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:The opening and closing of the passage 8 communicating the cylinder chamber R and the suction chamber 5 of the compressor is conducted by using hydraulic pressure, and the solenoid valve 35a is used only for controlling the hydraulic pressure. In addition, the pressures at a part C and a part D of a retaining groove 33 for the solenoid valve 35a are balanced to the pressure in the solenoid valve 35b through a hole 34a. Accordingly, small-type solenoid valves can be used, and the compressor can be made small in physical size irrespectively of using the solenoid valves. |
