PURPOSE:To manufacture a metallic plate whose flatness is high, by detecting a right angle camber of a metallic band plate under tensile force in the delivery of a tension leveler, leading a deviation signal to an operator, changing a tension leveler condition by an output of the operator, and controlling a parallel camber. CONSTITUTION:A metallic band plate 2 rewound from a payoff reel 1 passes through an entry tension device 3, goes into a static pressure type leveler 5 through a tension meter roll 4, passes through the tension meter roll 4 again and a delivery tension device 6, and is wound to a take-up reel 8 through a measuring instrument 7 of running right angle camber. When a right angle camber under tensile force exists in the metallic band plate 2, the measuring instrument 7 detects it, and inputs a deviation signal to an operator 15. The operator 15 operates a leveler condition by which a plate camber becomes ''0'', and in accordance with this condition, the condition is fed back to an inter-mesh control mechanism 6 and the entry tension device 3. |
