PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic electronic part of stereoscopic structure containing an electric circuit by forming a conductive pattern on a crude ceramic sheet, covering it with ceramic powder, and pressurizing it integrally. CONSTITUTION:A crude sheet is produced from powder containing mainly alumina, mullite, etc., a circuit pattern is formed with conductive paste, ceramic powder having the same material as the crude sheet is covered, is pressurized and is baked. According to this structure, a ceramic electronic part containing a circuit or a ceramic electronic part of the shape inclined in a thicknesswise direction or abruptly varied in the thickness can be readily formed. |
