PURPOSE:To make a special lens, a microcomputer, etc. unnecessary and to simplify the constitution of the titled device, by detecting the phase difference of the sampling signals between a reference channel and a channel to be compared and compensating automatically the vertical shift of the registration by the detection output. CONSTITUTION:The light given from a subject is separated by a spectral element and then converted into the video signals by the G and R channel image pickup tubes G1 and R1 respectively to receive the clamping, a nonlinear process, etc. through a preprocessing circuits G2 and R2. The outputs of the circuits G2 and R2 are binary coded by the binary coding circuits G3 and R3. The information of the place corresponding to the vertical axis draw-out line is sampled by the sampling circuits G7 and R7 respectively and then extracted. The sampling values are stored once into the RAMG8 and R8. These stored signals are simultaneously called to a phase comparator 9 in order of the correspondence to the vertical axis draw-out line. The shift of the centering is detected and applied to an R channel registration compensating circuit R0 via a post-processing circuit 6. Thus the compensating is carried out automatically by the output of the circuit R0. |
