The resin 1 between inorganic reinforcing materials is also melted and the inorganic reinforcing materials are filled with the resin and adhered and unified with the heat contractive tube 3. If thin rods 4 formed by hardening the inorganic material with the resin are inserted between the heat contractive tubes 3 perpendicularly, the mechanical strength of the connection part is more improved. |
