PURPOSE:To obtain a stable laser oscillator by composing the oscillator of full reflection mirror and a partly reflecting mirror confronting a laser medium, electrode unit for exciting the laser medium, and correcting unit for correcting the displacement of relative angle of the two mirrors upon optical detection of displacement. CONSTITUTION:A supporting board 4 mounted with a partly reflecting mirror 3 is confronted at the center similarly to a supporting board 2 mounted with a full reflection mirror 1 at the center, a light source 12 capable of emitting fine optical beam such as an HeNe laser, an Ar laser or a semiconductor laser or the like is mounted on the confronting surface of the board 4, and the light from the source is emitted to the mirror 11 provided at the confronting surface of the board 1. Then, the reflected light from the mirror is incident to a photodetector 13 provided at the confronting surface of the board 4, and the relative angle of the laser light by glow discharge between a cathode and an anode provided between the mirrors 1 and 3 is detected. When a displacement of the angle is produced the board 4 is elevationally moved by a controller 14 and motors 15, 16, thereby eliminating the displacement of the angle. |
