PURPOSE:To perform the rearrangement of the traffic under connection without causing the deterioration of the capacity for a call process to increase the load of a central processor and the opening of the call, by providing a rearrangement control circuit which eliminates the bibbling phenomenon in addition to a circuit that performs the normal call process and the opening of the call. CONSTITUTION:Both the normal call process and the opening of the call are controlled by a control circuit CONA which is connected to a central processor CC. The input/output highway number information is stored in a register CPBUFM while the circuit CONA is processing a call. At the same time, the rearrangement process is controlled by a control circuit CONB. Every time the call is connected and rearranged by a call state storage circuit HSTM, this information is fed to the circuit CONB from the processor CC. Then the contents of the information is replaced, and the type of the call, the highway information, etc. are stored. Then a nibbling detecting circuit DET detect the nibbling phenomenon through the circuit HSTM, and the time slot of the call under the busy state that causes the nibbling phenomenon is detected by a channel match CMC. The detected time slot is stored in a buffer memory BUFN. Then a rewriting control circuit WGT is controlled. |
