PURPOSE:To prevent the production of deficient modes, by constituting an FF by using one collector other than the nearest and remotest collectors to an injector of an IIL gate as a feedback terminal and using other collectors as an output terminal at a bundle. CONSTITUTION:A collector, e.g., C2 out of a plurality of collectors C1-C5 of an IIL gate G1 picking up a current driving output terminal except a collector C1 nearest to ah injector 1 and a collector C2 remotest to the injector 1, is used as a feedback terminal to another IIL gate G2, and C1, C3-C5 are connected to an output terminal as a bundle to constitute an FF. Thus, without deficient mode of FF operation, required large current can be obtained, because the collector C1 nearest to the injector is used for the output terminal. |
