PURPOSE:To make a 4-terminal capacitor of a small capacitance with excellent high frequency characteristics, by forming a fail-safe type static capacitor through the use of opposing planes of multi-layer printed boards or printed foils. CONSTITUTION:A static capacitor C is formed by using opposing planes of a printed boards PRT or printed foils to be in a fail-safe type. No output is produced even if an open part takes place at any part of the capacitor by using the printed foils, allowing to form a fail-safe circuit and a 4-terminal capacitor of a small capacitance with excellent high frequency characteristics. |
