PURPOSE:To display the existence of copying paper presicely with a simple structure by leading light from a light source mounted on the back of the paper to a display unit fitted to the body of the titled device through a transmission hole drilled on a paper setting board. CONSTITUTION:When copying paper 7 is used up, light from a lamp 10 is passed through a transmission hole 9 drilled on a paper setting board 8 and led to a paper feeding display window 12 through a control panel 12 to display the absence of the paper. It may be adopted that if a light pipe 11 is branched, copying operation can be automatically inhibited at the detection of light by a photodetector 13. |
