PURPOSE:To manufacture a deformed flat steel coil for a vane, having high accuracy, by alternately arraying in the rolling direction and the vertical direction plural pairs of rollers of 2 kinds, which have a suitable groove shape for obtaining a desired sectional shape, and providing a roller die formed by overlapping and laminating each pair of rollers in the advancing direction. CONSTITUTION:As for horizontal rollers 3, groove width 3a is slightly wider than thickness of a vane, on a groove bottom 3c of one roller 3, a concave curved surface being equal to a round side surface of the vane is provided, a groove bottom 3d of the other roller 3 is made a plane, and both the rollers are opposed so that total depth of their grooves becomes smaller than height of the vane. As for vertical rollers 4, groove width 4a is slightly wider than height of the vane, the groove bottom is a plane, and both rollers are opposed so that total depth of their grooves becomes smaller than thickness of the vane. Subsequently, the horizontal rollers 3 and the vertical rollers 4 are arrayed alternately and are overlapped. Accordingly, a material inserted through correcting rollers 2 has a curved surface being equal to a vane finished product on its side surface, and becomes a sectional shape being equal to hight of the vane. |
